These guided practices introduce the awareness-based exercises fully explored in the book, Resonance — A Protocol for Coherent Change by Kelly Neill, coming summer 2026. They are the starting point to help you notice what's happening at a deeper sensory level, gently clear emotional static, and consciously shift your body's signals. You are minutes to a more resonant state.

These protocols involve inward focus and relaxed awareness. Do not practice while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring full alertness.

Protocol 01 Calibration A breathing pacer operating at 0.1 Hz, the frequency of heart-brain coherence which synchronizes your autonomic nervous system. Just follow the breath pace. If you lose the rhythm, that's fine — come back when you notice a drift.

Protocol 02 The Signal Audit A sensory scan across Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic channels, providing feedback to you about your sensory signals to help you become aware of them. This is an act of observation, not judgement.
